Event: UN Climate Change Conference – Bangkok [viewed]

The first formal round of climate change negotiations in 2011 include: the 16th session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG-KP 16); the 14th session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA 14); and workshops pursuant to the Cancun Agreements and to other decisions as appropriate. Preparatory meetings of the Group of 77 and China, the African Group, the small island developing States (SIDS) and the least developed countries are expected to meet from 30 March-2 April 2011.
